Non-returnable Items
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom prints, measurements)
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Accessories, sale items, or freebies
Return Process
  1. Contact us with your order number and issue details
  2. Our team will verify and approve the return
  3. Once approved, item must be shipped back in original packaging within 5 working days

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a different size or color might work better. We offer exchange options on a case-by-case basis for eligible products.

Conditions for Exchange
  • Request within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
  • Only one-time exchange per order allowed
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer
How to Request
  1. Message us with your order ID and reason for exchange
  2. We'll share next steps and return address
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be processed

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:
  • Prepaid orders are canceled before dispatch
  • Product is out of stock
  • Return is approved due to defect/damage (where exchange isn't possible)
Method:

Refunded via original payment method or store credit (customer's choice)

Processing time: 7–10 working days from approval

No Refunds For:
  • COD orders (only exchange/store credit applicable)
  • Refused/undeliverable packages
